Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and health status.Administer prescribed medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice.Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.Perform wound care, injections, catheterization, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures as permitted.Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR).Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.QualificationsActive Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.Current BLS/CPR certification.Experience in an outpatient clinic or hospital is often preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
