This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, supporting sales floor restocking, and upholding FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, count, document, and verify incoming inventory deliveriesUnpack, label, and organize products accurately and efficientlyMaintain proper stock levels on the sales floor following FIFO guidelinesConduct daily physical inventory counts and assist with monthly auditsMonitor and maintain current inventory levels; communicate discrepancies proactivelyEnsure all inventory processes comply with state cannabis laws and regulationsMaintain clean, organized stockroom, storage, and receiving areasProcess and document returns according to established proceduresPrepare new products for sale within established timeframesAssist with restocking, shelf labeling, and merchandising supportDocument and report any inventory discrepancies immediatelyRequirementsMust be 21 years of age or olderMinimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail experienceValid Arizona Facility Agent Card (or ability to obtain prior to start)Basic computer proficiencyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stand for 8+ hours per shiftAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in cannabis retail or regulated industriesExperience with inventory audits and stock management systemsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsIf you're looking to build a career in the cannabis industry and enjoy working in an operationally focused role, apply today to join the JARS Cannabis team!JARS Cannabis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
