About the Role:JANI-CORE LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Janitorial Working Lead to join our team in Beaumont, TX! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep facilities clean and running smoothly while guiding a team of cleaning professionals. Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise janitorial staff during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, supply needs, and facility issues
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements:- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on site assignments
