Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance / Janitorial Technician to support daily facility cleanliness and assist with production-related material handling. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment and operating equipment to collect and bundle scrap materials.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of workspaceCollect scrap materials from production areas in a timely mannerOperate machinery and equipment to bundle and prepare scrap products for recycling or disposalEnsure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good working conditionsFollow safety procedures and company policies at all timesAssist with basic tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious warehouse experience preferred (not required)Ability to operate or willingness to learn equipment used for bundling scrap materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftDependable with good attendance and work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork EnvironmentIndustrial/manufacturing settingExposure to dust, noise, and varying temperaturesRequires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
