Pride on the Shores of Lake LBJ

There is a particular satisfaction in presiding over perfection - in knowing that the gleaming corridors, the spotless pool decks, and the pristine garages of a world-class resort community bear the unmistakable mark of your craftsmanship. At the Waters Condominiums, nestled within the legendary grounds of Horseshoe Bay Resort on the shores of Lake LBJ, we are seeking a meticulous professional to join our team as the guardian of these impeccable standards.

This is not merely a cleaning position. It is a role of quiet distinction - one that calls for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike, and who is ready to meet the physical demands of the Texas Hill Country with energy and resolve.

    A Day in the Life

Working within a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. window across buildings 2 through 9, you will execute a rigorous daily cleaning cycle that keeps high-traffic areas in showroom condition. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Clearing and sanitizing garage floors, carports, and high-touch surfaces in pool and patio areas
    • Disinfecting elevator entryways and floors with professional-grade solutions
    • Managing waste streams, including trash liners and chute rooms, to safeguard against fire hazards
    • Restocking and scrubbing pool restrooms with germicidal cleaners to protect resident health

Beyond the daily rhythm, you will take on weekly and monthly projects that preserve the long-term beauty of the property - power washing carport facings, scrubbing corridor rugs, high-dusting common areas, and maintaining the polish of elevator landings and stairwells. You will also keep amenities resort-ready, from replacing lightbulbs in public spaces to monitoring propane levels at grill stations.

Safety and professionalism are the hallmarks of this role. You will be entrusted with the proper use of personal protective equipment, the organized storage of chemicals and tools, and strict adherence to fire and safety protocols - all while working collaboratively with your supervisor and the float team to uphold the community's exacting scope of services.
