Janitorial Supervisor

Guardian Cleaners LLC is seeking a day-time dependable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to oversee employees and commercial cleaning locations. This position requires strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support cleaning employees.
• Maintain employee schedules and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Review timecards and employee attendance daily.
• Conduct quality-control inspections and address cleaning concerns.
• Visit customer locations and communicate with clients.
• Manage supplies, work orders, and scheduled specialty cleaning.
• Assist with hiring and training new employees.
• Arrange coverage for call-offs and open positions.
• Assist with cleaning when needed to ensure customer locations are properly serviced.

Qualifications

• Janitorial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel between locations.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling and timekeeping.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
