Introduction:
We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and highly experienced Janitorial Supervisor to take full ownership of cleanliness standards in a manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ~6 Day Porters with firm, consistent supervision
- Work directly with the Night Shift Team Lead to ensure full coverage and flawless task execution
- Perform daily inspections and enforce facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Drive productivity, correct performance issues, and maintain strict operational discipline
- Communicate clearly and professionally with upper management
- Use basic computer systems for reporting, documentation, and communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (manufacturing or janitorial leadership strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage teams, enforce standards, and maintain accountability
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with management
- Computer literate and comfortable with digital reporting
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
