The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of frontline employees, in close cooperation with managers, as well as cleaning designated facilities according to company assignments.
Pay: $21.05/Hour

One Year of supervisory experience.
One Year of janitorial experience.
Training in the cleaning industry or building management field is preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and accomplish objectives.
Ability to handle and resolve problems.

Responsible for the direct oversight of frontline employees.
Responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that frontline employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the company and its clients.
Responsible for directing and cleaning designated areas within appropriate timeframes.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Manage employee lunches and breaks.
Maintain communication with managers to sustain optimum staffing levels, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations.
In close coordination with managers, effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
Set a positive, professional example for the workforce.
Conduct safety and quality audits.
Assign tasks to frontline team members based on job requirements or special assignments.
Inspect all completed work for conformance to ABM and customer standards.
Train new workers and oversee ongoing training of existing employees.
