Are you a dependable leader with janitorial experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at multiple customer locations in Warsaw and Milford, Indiana.
In this role, you'll lead a team of cleaners, ensure quality standards are met, build positive relationships with customers, and help create clean, safe, and welcoming facilities.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts
- Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet company expectations
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, and subcontractors
- Coordinate employee schedules and arrange coverage for call-offs, vacations, and other absences
- Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team
- Monitor inventory and ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or customer issues promptly
- Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel between Warsaw and Milford locations
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Acceptable criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks as needed
