Janitorial Service Technician

Do you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with equipment? Essential Personnel is looking for a dedicated Janitorial Service Engineer to join a growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers while working both in the field and in the shop.

What We re Looking For

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Ability to efficiently service and maintain janitorial equipment

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Mechanical or technical experience preferred

• Knowledge of janitorial equipment is a plus

What You ll Do

• Provide service to customers both in the field and in the shop

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately

• Troubleshoot and repair janitorial equipment

• Perform routine preventive maintenance

• Help ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
