Title- Janitorial
Location- Princeton,IN,USA,47670
Duration- 15 months contract
Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): This is very flexible; my ideal times would be 11:00-3:00 pm or 11:30-3:30 pm twice a week, but it could be three times a week at 9 hrs instead of 8 hrs – if someone wanted 12-3 pm. Again, very flexible for the right candidate, but afternoons are preferred.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks.
This will include mopping & vacuuming floors, disinfecting surfaces and restrooms and emptying trash and recycle cans.
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects when needed
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply cabinets
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
