We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, we’d love to hear from you!This is a 1099 contract position with set pay based on tasks needed by our company. Hours are flexible, but need someone present Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other common areas
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as required
- Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning standards
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 25 lbs]
- Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
