TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is a cleaning company that has operating extensively in the market for over 15 years, in clinics, banks, condominiums, offices, buildings, churches, schools, etc. We are looking for a very reliable, responsible, committed, punctual, responsive person in communications and a dedicated person who provides quality service and is committed to their responsibilities to clean in Cumming GAResponsibilities:- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety proceduresExperience:- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environmentThe employee must always be in uniform and by the company's dress code.The employee must have a helpful and polite attitude with employees and residents of the apartment complexThe employee must have at least basic EnglishNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
