Janitor - Graveyard
Job Location: Fremont, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $18-$18.50/hour
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday: 10pm to 6:30am OR Saturday to Wednesday: 10pm to 6:30am
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Janitor? We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. This temporary assignment is expected to continue through October and offers an opportunity to join a team that takes pride in providing a clean and welcoming facility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy cleaning duties throughout the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces
- Collect and dispose of trash following approved safety and infection control procedures
- Dust, damp mop, sanitize, and maintain assigned work areas
- Move furniture and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and return items to their proper locations
- Shampoo carpets and maintain flooring throughout the facility
- Identify areas requiring attention and take initiative to complete cleaning tasks
- Follow all federal, state, county, and company safety guidelines
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned by the supervisor
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a food service and support services company in Fremont, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish language skills are preferred
