Crew Leader - Full-Time (2nd Shift)

Sign-on Bonus: $250.00
Location: DSCC, 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
Transportation Available from Newark

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of 8-10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
- Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
- Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
- Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
- Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Step in where needed-your leadership sets the tone
What You Bring
- At least 18 years of age
- A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
