Job Description
We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, sanitation, and equipment maintenance, ensuring all building areas are well-stocked and hygienic. This position offers a flexible afternoon schedule with equipment supplied and requires onsite interviews and resume review.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, and restrooms
- Mop and vacuum floors, disinfect surfaces, and empty trash and recycle cans
- Perform and document weekly routine inspections and cleaning activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed
- Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
- Stock and maintain supply cabinets and ensure equipment readiness
- Cooperate with staff and follow all health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with commercial cleaning methods and equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and waste disposal practices
- Ability to perform routine inspections and maintain basic documentation
- Reliable communication and teamwork abilities
