Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking dependable Event Support & Janitorial Associates for a one-day assignment in Pueblo, CO. This role combines event setup and teardown with facility cleaning to help ensure the celebration runs smoothly and the venue remains clean and welcoming throughout the day.

Location: Pueblo, CO
Date: Saturday, August 1
Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, tents, barricades, and other event equipment
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the event
  • Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from event areas and buildings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for guests and staff
  • Follow all safety guidelines and complete assigned tasks as directed
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning products and equipment is preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing as part of a team
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, event setup, warehouse, or general labor experience
