Janitor 

Location: Lincoln, NH 03251
Pay Rate: $20.00–$20.46/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overview

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized industrial facility. This position performs both routine and heavy-duty cleaning throughout offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other facility areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform general floor care.

• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, toilets, mirrors, walls, and partitions.

• Restock restroom supplies and dispensers.

• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.

• Clean windows, vents, and other designated surfaces.

• Perform heavy cleaning and special projects as assigned.

• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Report maintenance issues, facility deficiencies, or needed repairs to management.

• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or professional cleaning experience.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain established cleaning standards.
