Janitorial Staff – Immediate Hire (Day Shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented
Janitors for
immediate hire to join our day shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in commercial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE at all times
- Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards and client expectations
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Must pass background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
