Position Overview
Dependable Janitor/Commercial Cleaner to maintain assigned facilities to ECI's quality standards. This is a hands-on field role requiring consistency, attention to detail, and professional conduct on client sites.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $16.00/Hr
Performance review every 6 months — $0.50/Hr increase per review, up to $18.00/Hr
-Wage increase negotiation based on performance
Performance-based bonuses
6 days PTO per 12-month period (After 90 days in the company)
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned commercial properties according to scope of work
Perform tasks including restroom cleaning, office cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
Complete daily task checklists and report to Swept
Follow all ECI safety and conduct standards on client sites
Communicate professionally with supervisors via company tools (Swept)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or professional janitorial work
Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work
Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality
Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
