Job Summary
We’re looking to hire a hard-working Janitor/Custodial for a location in the 38104 zip code PT 11am - 3pm who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms clearing trash from the parking lot and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.


Responsibilities 

• Restroom Care: Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms throughout the shift; replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  
  Floor Maintenance: Sweep, damp mop, and vacuum common corridors, lobby spaces, entryways, and program areas; respond promptly to wet floor hazards or spills.
  
  Waste & Grounds: Empty and line all interior trash and recycling receptacles; clear exterior perimeter trash and litter from entrances, walkways, and parking areas.
  
  Facility Touchpoints: Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, handrails, counters, and push plates.
  
  Reporting & Supply Management: Track daily tasks, report maintenance issues or facility damages immediately to management, and monitor custodial chemical inventories.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in commercial janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance.
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  
  
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
  
  
• Reliable transportation with punctual daily attendance from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  
  
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 45 lbs (e.g., mop buckets, full trash bags, buffer machinery).
  
  
• Ability to remain on your feet, bend, stoop, and walk for the full 4-hour shift.
  
  
• Required to wear company-designated work attire
