Responsibilities- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, production areas, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of employee break areas and conference rooms.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
- Monitor and maintain janitorial supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to cleaning requests and facility needs in a timely manner.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a neat and organized janitorial storage area.
- Support company housekeeping initiatives and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.
Requirements- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and supply carts.
- Ability to work in various indoor manufacturing and office environments.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
