The Jammery Supervisor plays an essential role in overseeing operations within Southall’s Jammery — a space dedicated to preservation, culinary creativity, and seasonal programming. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Jammery Chef and Executive Chef, engaging with the seasons of Middle Tennessee to craft distinctive, product-driven culinary creations that highlight the bounty of our farm. The supervisor supports both the Preservation Kitchen and Demonstration Kitchen, ensuring excellence, consistency, and professionalism in all aspects of production and guest experience.
