J14 Joint Training Program Manager (Junior)

All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work. This position provides program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment support using appropriate pedagogical methods in support of USSTRATCOM joint training, education, and professional development products, courses, and related initiatives.

Position Overview Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Organizational Development and Innovation Division (J14). The Joint Training Program Manager supports command-wide joint training, education, professional development, and organizational development programs and processes. This position provides program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment support using appropriate pedagogical methods in support of USSTRATCOM joint training, education, and professional development products, courses, and related initiatives. Security Clearance Requirements This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material.
