ITSM Developer

Job Description:

Development & Configuration:

• Design| develop| and customize ITSM applications and workflows.
• Configure Incident| Problem| Change| Request| Asset| CMDB| and Knowledge Management modules
• Develop forms| business rules| client scripts| UI actions| workflows| and integrations.
• Create and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Build custom dashboards| reports| and performance analytics.

Integration & Automation:

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs| SOAP| web services| and middleware tools.
• Automate IT operations and business processes using scripting and workflow tools.
• Integrate ITSM platforms with monitoring| HR| identity management| and cloud systems.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD integration initiatives.

Support & Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
• Perform upgrades| patch implementations| and platform maintenance.
• Ensure system stability| security compliance| and optimal performance.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Document technical specifications| configurations| and support procedures.
• Contribute to governance| compliance| and audit requirements.
