Synigent is seeking an experienced
IT Warehouse Support Analyst for one of our clients in the Memphis region. This role will provide hands-on technology support across multiple warehouse/distribution facilities. This role supports everything from traditional IT infrastructure to the technology that keeps warehouse operations running.
This is a contract-to-hire, onsite, and 1st shift position. Off-hour on-call support is required.
Key Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, networking hardware, RF handhelds/printers, tablets, warehouse robotics, Put-to-Light and MHE systems.
- Provide Level 1 support for WMS and related warehouse applications.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Deploy new hardware and warehouse technologies.
- Document system configurations, processes, changes, and issue resolutions.
- Work independently to prioritize and resolve operational technology issues.
- Provide occasional off-hours/on-call support and travel between local facilities.
Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Experience supporting WMS or Tier 1 ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong networking troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with RF devices, barcode/labeling technology, and warehouse hardware.
- NiceLabel experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and time-management skills.
