IT Vendor Management & Project Analyst

Location: Irving, TX
Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to support vendor management, contract administration, project intake, and technology delivery initiatives. This position will work across IT and business functions to help manage supplier relationships, improve processes, and ensure projects and contractual engagements stay aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and coordinating between teams such as IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and help resolve vendor, contract, and project-related issues.
• Coordinate the intake and review of new IT projects and vendor engagements.
• Monitor supplier relationships, performance, and ongoing business needs.
• Review Statements of Work, contract renewals, and related documentation.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to address contractual and operational issues.
• Help evaluate existing vendors and identify potential new suppliers when needed.
• Track vendor engagements, project activity, risks, and key deadlines.
• Improve processes related to vendor management, project intake, reporting, and service delivery.
• Provide reporting and visibility into vendor activity and contractual commitments.
• Support vendor selection and evaluation for technology products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT vendor management, supplier management, contract administration, or IT project management.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience working with SOWs, contracts, renewals, or vendor agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different departments.
• Experience evaluating vendors, supplier performance, or technology services.
• Knowledge of IT service management or ITIL practices is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position in Irving, TX and requires availability to work in the office five days per week. Travel of up to 50% may be required depending on business needs.

The salary range is $120,000–$169,060 annually, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Benefits are also available.
