The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional communication and instructional design
skills, enabling employees to effectively adopt new technologies, systems, and processes. This role works closely
with IT, PMO, business stakeholders, and project teams to promote organizational change and end-user proficiency.
Training Development & Delivery:
1. Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
2. Create user guides, quick reference cards, videos, eLearning modules, presentations, knowledge base
articles, and assessments.
3. Deliver training for enterprise applications, business systems, productivity tools, and technology initiatives.
4. Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for employees at all organizational levels.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
Learning & Change Management:
1. Partner with business leaders, project managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to identify
training needs.
2. Support organizational change management activities associated with new system implementations and
process improvements.
3. Develop role-based learning paths and onboarding programs.
4. Assist in communication planning related to system rollouts and technology changes.
5. Promote end-user adoption and continuous learning initiatives.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
1. Maintain current training documentation and knowledge repositories.
2. Develop and standardize training templates and instructional materials.
3. Ensure documentation aligns with business processes and system functionality.
4. Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate training records.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
1. Work closely with project teams to understand system enhancements and changes.
2. Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment activities to prepare training content.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor on training strategies and adult learning best practices.
4. Provide post-implementation support and coaching to users.
Reporting & Metrics:
1. Track training attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics.
2. Develop reports and dashboards to measure training performance and adoption.
3. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and analytic
Preferred Work Experience Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related
field.
2. 5+ years of experience delivering IT training and user enablement programs.
3. Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, financial systems, manufacturing systems, or other enterprise
application
Specific skills and/or business competencies:
1. Proven experience developing training materials using Microsoft Office products and training development tools.
2. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
3. Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
4. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
