At least 5+ years of extensive Appian development and solution delivery experience. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and governance. Drive integration strategy with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external systems in complex environments. Engage with stakeholders to define solution architecture, estimate effort, manage technical risks, and support delivery excellence. Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification is mandatory; Level 3 Certification is preferred, along with experience leading enterprise Appian implementations.
