Existing Subcon?- New sourcing Max Hourly Pay Rate to the candidate?: $ 75/Hr Do you have a preferred interview schedule?: Yes Would you require the candidates to meet you for an in-person interview?: No Is Skype/WebEx interview, OK?: Yes Work Location with ZIP: Austin-TX-78753 Is remote work an option?: No If remote work, please indicate how many days are required to be in the office and remote: 3 days in a week required to be in the office Chance to be perm?: Yes Performance Expectations: Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves) Top 3 Required skills: STIBO, JavaScript, Data Modeling Years of experience in each of the must-have skills: 7+ Years Any Certifications required: No Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work: NAJob Description:- - 8+ years of minimum experience in IT Industry - 5+ years hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform - Deep understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors - Good knowledge on designing the solution using Business rule (JavaScript), Business Process Workflows, STEP Component Model - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs) - Good experience with STEP integration frameworks OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints - Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks - Should have strong experience in all phases of project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation - Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning - Ability to work well in a team & work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills - Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment - STIBO certification nice to have
