We are seeking a proactive and customer focused IT Technician to join our IT team in the Tampa area. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely support and excellent service to our end users.

This is a full-time exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
This job operates in an office setting.
Minimal travel is required for this role, approximately 5%.
