IT Technician

Position: IT Technician

NOTE: Must be willing to work onsite

Location: Oceanport, NJ

Schedule:

Tuesday & Thursday with hours expanding January 2027

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have experience working in MAC envoirment
  
• These candidates will cover the on-site desks and provide “Tier 1” support, triage, etc. and escalate as necessary.
  
• Technical support for events, corporate meetings, and special internal projects
  
• Onboarding/off-boarding logistics
  
• End-user hardware and software troubleshooting
  
• A/V and Video Conferencing Troubleshooting
  
• Face-to-face support experience. Working with end users to solve IT problems.
  
• Upgrading or replacing any damaged or non-functioning network devices
  
• Inventory and counts of all peripherals, computers, printer toners, accessories, and any misc. assets
  
• Network Troubleshooting
  
• Maintain Storage room assets, counts, and tidiness
  
• Perform IDF sweeps and maintain cleanliness
  
• Basic Low Voltage cabling knowledge (Cat6 / Fiber)
  
• Network Printer troubleshooting
  
• Collaborate with on-site team coordinators to deliver the best user experience
  
• Respond to team pings and escalations within Slack in a timely manner
  
• Coordinate delivery and pickup times with end users, as well as vendors involved
  
• Collaborate with partner teams for all shipments/returns
  

Qualifications / Experience :

• A+ Certification is a plus
  
• Network+ Certification is a plus
  
• Inventory Systems and Management
  
• Knowledge in Ticketing Systems
  
• Possesses the ability to create organized and consistent documentation
  
• Film/Studio technical support experience is a plus
  

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
