As part of our IT department, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the technology that powers homes and businesses reliably every day.Your Role Includes:Infrastructure ManagementAdminister and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, on-premises and virtualized server environments, network switches, and firewalls.Manage VEEAM backup and recovery solutions.Maintain two-way radio systems, repeaters, and microwave infrastructure.Support and maintain enterprise IT LAN/WAN infrastructure and utility OT network technologies.Participate in network hardware and software upgrades, lifecycle management, patching, and routine maintenance.Cybersecurity & ComplianceMonitor, implement, and maintain physical security systems, including security cameras and access control.Implement and maintain network protection measures in alignment with cybersecurity compliance requirements.Assist with incident response and disaster recovery planning.Promote cybersecurity awareness across the cooperative.Enterprise & Utility Applications SupportSupport NISC and iVUE platforms.Support CIS/billing systems, GIS, OMS, AMI, and engineering tools, including TWACS and Aclara.Coordinate with vendors on system updates, troubleshooting, and new deployments.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support technology used in substations, SCADA, outage response, and field operations.User Support & TrainingProvision and configure user accounts and workstations.Deliver end-user training and technical guidance.Manage IP phones, iPhones, and iPads.Update and maintain content on the cooperative's website.Wireless & Field CommunicationsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot wireless point-to-point (PtP) radio links.Install, troubleshoot, and repair two-way radio equipment.Install and configure cellular signal boosters.Install, configure, and manage wireless access points.Physical Systems & CablingInstall and troubleshoot sensors and security cameras.Troubleshoot gate motors and control boards.Run, terminate, and test Cat6 cabling for indoor and outdoor environments.Planning & Project SupportParticipate in technology planning, budgeting, and project implementation.Apply TodayIf you're passionate about IT and eager to make a difference in your community, we want to hear from you.
