About the Role<\/span><\/b> <\/span>

We are looking for an IT Technician to support technical operations at our Hammond location.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
This role blends warehouse responsibilities with Level 1 help desk support, onsite technical<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
work, and basic cabling.<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>

<\/span><\/div><\/div>
Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div><\/div>
• Handle shipping/receiving and assist with inventory management<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Provide Level 1 help desk support, including basic troubleshooting of hardware,<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
software, and network issues<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Perform onsite installs, troubleshooting, and general technical support<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Run and terminate network cabling (e.g., CAT6)<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Assist with various operational and technical tasks as assigned<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Travel occasionally for onsite work at other locations<\/span>
<\/div><\/span>

• Experience or familiarity with Level 1 help desk support<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Experience with cabling or willingness to learn<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
