We're hiring an IT Technician to Live. Work. Explore. at the south rim of the Grand Canyon!
Job Summary:The IT Technician provides direct support to the property's end user community including desktop support, end user application support, network and security resolution, phone support and timely response to IT support requests and tickets. Opportunities to work with management and colleagues on more sophisticated issues/projects. Server, telecom and network maintenance tasks as needed and assigned.
The Details:Position Type: Full-Time, Year-RoundPay: $20.95 per hourSchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Housing: Eligible fo a private bedroom in a shared apartment for $267.00 per month. This covers rent and basic utilities.

Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:• Proficiency and experience with technical troubleshooting of various systems.• Background in hospitality point-of-sale systems.• Experience with/understanding of Payment Card Industry (PCI-DSS) compliance requirements and standards.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Experience with POTS and VoIP Telephone Systems and voicemail.• Functional knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Required Qualifications:• Must possess a valid Driver's License• Must be willing to convert to an AZ Driver's License within 90 days and comply with the Xanterra South Rim Company Vehicle Policy.• Must be at least 19 years old.
Physical Requirements include:
Frequently: Stand, walk, handle, squat/kneel, bend, lift/carry up to 100lbs.
Occasionally: Sit, reach, climb, crawl, lift/carry over 100lbs, push/pull up to 100lbs.
