Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees on-site.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals.
- Install and configure computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
- Set up workstations and assist users with technical issues.
