That's a big deal!Instead of just executing, you'll help us improve how technology initiatives are planned, tested, governed, and delivered across the organization. You'll serve as the coordination hub for enterprise technology programs, helping teams make informed decisions, reduce risk, and achieve successful outcomes.Here's what that looks like day to day:Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise technology programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational prioritiesCoordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party technology partners to manage dependencies, remove obstacles, and drive accountabilityServe as the enterprise testing lead by developing testing strategies, coordinating user acceptance testing, and validating readiness for technology changes and implementationsIdentify and mitigate technical, operational, compliance, and delivery risks while maintaining visibility through clear reporting and governance practicesCommunicate complex technical concepts, program status, risks, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way for executives and non-technical stakeholdersSchedule: Monday-Friday during regular business hours at our Salt Lake City, Utah corporate headquarters.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, or related roleStrong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and software delivery methodologiesExperience managing enterprise technology testing, risk management, and delivery governanceExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience working in financial services, FinTech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries preferredAgile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or similar program management certifications preferredWHY UTAH FIRST?Since 1935, Utah First Credit Union has been dedicated to helping people build brighter financial futures.
