Roles and Responsibilities:
As the IT Systems Specialist Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our technology operations. Your expertise will guide our team in the following areas:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems that support our organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure system security and data integrity through best practices and proactive measures.
- Develop and execute strategies for system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 10+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to manufacturing, industrial automation, or OT environments
