Description:
This is a Fully remote position on the Epic Ambulatory team within the Clinical Capaility. This person would be responsible for being a resource on projects, support maintenance and operations activities, work tickets, and Epic upgrades. Our capability teams operate in a shared services model. This position would primarily support one of our clients but would be able to flex to other clients as capacity/skillsets allow. There will be some level of on-call support required. The team rotates on-call support as primary and secondaries.
Primary skillset needed is EpicCare Ambulatory (Certification required)
