Job Summary (List Format):
- Fully remote position on the Epic Orders support team within the Clinical Applications Capability team
- Augments team capacity due to approval of multiple new projects
- Primary support for a designated client, with potential to support additional four clients
- Functions within a shared services delivery model
- Responsibilities include project work, routine maintenance, operational support, ticket resolution, and Epic upgrades
- Requires experience and certification in both Epic Orders and Clindoc
- No background check or drug screen required
