3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Interview process-2 rounds, round 1 with HM is virtual and round 2 with the director of team-on site

Tell us about your department:
Responsible for engineering, design and build of all infrastructure used in retail stores (client, mobile, server, network, print, IoT) as well as the corporate desktop environment and office productivity applications.

Project Description:
Formerly had a long term team member in place for around 20 years in the infrastructure and managed print area. That person had left in August of 2025, and we had another individual in place who didn’t work out for us. Will work on a team responsible for Microsoft client infrastructure used in retail and corporate environments and be responsible for a wide variety of endpoint types, but mostly focused on Lexmark and Zebra print infrastructure and management.

Position Summary/Job Description:
Seeking a self-motivated IT Engineer with extensive experience in managing diverse hardware types, platforms, and management tools within a large retail enterprise. Supports enterprise printing and endpoint infrastructure across retail and supply chain environments. Responsible for engineering, support, modernization, and lifecycle management of Lexmark and Zebra printer platforms, including firmware management, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Partners with infrastructure, deployment, support, and vendor teams to improve device reliability, standardization, and supportability.

Experience Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft OS
Experience with Printing, desktop support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Able to work independently as well as with a large team, as required.
Able to communicate effectively –written and verbally, as required.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead engineering and support efforts for Lexmark and Zebra printer environments across retail and supply chain operations.
•Investigate and resolve complex hardware, firmware, driver, and configuration issues.
•Manage printer firmware testing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle activities.
•Administer and improve printer monitoring, reporting, and management platforms, including MarkVision Enterprise.
•Drive device discovery, inventory management, and configuration standardization efforts across supply chain locations.
•Create technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.
•Execute change management, incident management, and problem management activities for production systems.
•Collaborate with internal engineering teams, deployment organizations, supply chain partners, and external vendors to deliver reliable endpoint and printing solutions.
