We serve our community by providing employment development services and placement assistance for employment. Our programs are supported with profits generated primarily through the sale of donated goods in our Retail Stores. We have 17 retail stores and 2 employment and training centers operating in a region spanning Manistee to Holland to Cedar Springs. Job Summary Responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s core IT systems and infrastructure. Serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, leads infrastructure and security initiatives, and reduces recurring support needs through long-term solutions and automation. Please Note: This is an on-site position based in Muskegon, MI. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role Primary Responsibilities - Lead infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability. - Lead migration from on-premises systems (e.g., Exchange 2016) to Microsoft 365 and administer Microsoft 365 services. - Manage identity and access systems, including Active Directory and Entra ID. - Develop and maintain cybersecurity and disaster recovery practices aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Serve as the primary escalation point for issues exceeding Tier 2 support. - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex, multi-system incidents. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues. Other Duties - Assist in planning and execution of IT projects and infrastructure initiatives. - Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, inventory, and knowledge base articles. - Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT policies, procedures, and standards. - Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends and evaluate their impact on the organization. - Perform the duties of the IT Support Analyst or IT Technician as needed.
