    Job description:

    Support

    • Serve as the Tier IV Support Escalation point, resolving the most critical and complex technical issues escalated from the IT support team.
    • Provide support for upgrades of core business line applications, ensuring minimal disruption to Bank operations.
    • Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior system administrators and technical support staff.

    Operational

    • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including the management of cloud-based services, security configurations, and user identities to ensure peak performance and compliance with security standards.
    • Perform advanced Server Administration to ensure the security, reliability, and peak performance of the Bank’s server environment.
    • Manage enterprise Domain Management functions, including complex Active Directory structures and Group Policy Objects.
    • Lead Microsoft Patch Management efforts for the organization, ensuring all servers and endpoints are secured against known vulnerabilities.
    • Serve as the administrator for SharePoint, managing site architecture, permissions, and internal communication workflows.
    • Provide Network Support for core infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity and supporting firewall and switch configurations.
    • Administer the Duo security platform, managing multi-factor authentication policies and endpoint health.
    • Oversee Laptop and Endpoint Standardization, defining the hardware and software baselines for the corporate computing environment.
    • Assist with the engineering and management of Microsoft Architecture and VMWare environments to support scalable and resilient infrastructure.
    • Manage ongoing Citrix Operations to deliver reliable virtualized desktops and applications to Team Members.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and administrative procedures.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Expert knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
    • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint management.
    • In-depth understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Citrix) and network infrastructure.
    • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
    • Ability to manage complex, high-priority infrastructure projects with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills for documenting technical configurations and explaining solutions to stakeholders.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, CCNP); or 8–12 years of progressive experience in system administration and infrastructure engineering; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Compliance

    • Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training.
    • Comply with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards.

    Working Conditions

    • Traditional office environment with the ability to work remotely on a hybrid basis.
    • Office maintains five day a week operations (Monday – Friday), 8:00am – 5:00pm.
    • Must be available for on-call shifts on evenings and weekends as necessary.

    Physical Demands

    • Lifting/carrying up to 85 lbs.
    • Manual dexterity for computer work.
    • Speaking, hearing, and vision are required to perform essential functions.
    • Ability to drive, with a valid driver’s license, to meet with customers or visit branch locations.
