IT Support Technician
Position Summary
The IT Support Technician provides comprehensive technical support for the College of Natural Science's academic, research, and administrative computing environments. Reporting to the Manager of IT Support, this position will be part of a dynamic team of professionals that provide IT service and support to the College of Natural Science, home to 28 departments and programs in the biological, physical and mathematical sciences. This position will work with a wide selection of technologies that support teaching and learning, research, and operations while working closely with faculty, staff, and students.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to work well on a team that supports a diverse user base, have excellent communication skills; learn from, and collaborate with, other IT professionals to accomplish tasks and projects.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years of college, technical, vocational or business school such as an Associates Degree; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience supporting desktops and laptops running Windows, MacOS, and Linux, Printers, multifunction devices, and tablets; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
