The IT Support Technician supports the IHS PATH EHR MTK Team. The technician is responsible for setting up and configuring Mobile Training Kits (MTKs) on site, imaging devices, establishing network connections, installing software, troubleshooting as needed, and ensuring accurate kit inventory. This role also assists with various tasks assigned by the IT Logistics Manager and collaborates with site personnel to support IT-MTK-related activities. Responsibilities include verifying records, inspecting shipments for quality and accuracy, and documenting any discrepancies. The technician must possess strong technical skills, including hardware setup, networking, software installation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaried position- $75k- $85k
Pay commensurate with experience.
