    Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician :
    Provide operational, technical, and administrative support for the IT Mobility Team, including mobile device and cellular service lifecycle activities, service request coordination, inventory and data reconciliation, carrier support, documentation, and process improvement.

    Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:
    • 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
    • 2+ years of experience supporting all Mobile devices (Wi-Fi and Cellular - IPads, Phones, Laptops etc) 
    • 2+ Years of experience working through ticketing systems
    • Strong experience with asset/inventory tracking and process documentation
    • Experience with Microsoft Intune, AT&T/FirstNet or similar carrier environments, private APNs, IoT or cellular-connected technologies  (Preferred)
    • Softs skills are key: Eager, Problem solver, Team player, Personality/communication
