IT Support Technician

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a large Healthcare organization in Allentown, PA.

This would be a long-term contract role where you would need to perform onsite/virtual troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.

Responsibilities include:

• Configure new equipment and deliver devices as requested
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Maintain inventory records of hardware and peripherals
• Perform on-site troubleshooting
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Communicate effectively

Qualifications include:

• Experience in IT configuration
• Windows 11 experience is preferred

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $22/hour
