    Description

    We are seeking an IT Support Specialist. You will handle first-line support across our global operations, help onboard and offboard employees, and learn to administer systems such as Azure/Entra ID and Office 365. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their IT career who wants close mentorship, real production responsibility from day one, and clear opportunities to grow.Setting: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office, with availability to come in more often for equipment setups or emergencies)Working Hours: Full-time; flexibility for global time zonesShort Role SummaryKey Responsibilities

    User Onboarding and Offboarding: Set up new equipment and accounts for global employees so they are ready by their start date. Technical Support: Provide level 1 support for software and hardware issues, investigating and resolving end-user problems. System Administration: Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management systems under the guidance of the IT Administrator. Help Desk Management: Work the Jira Service Management queue to track, triage, and resolve internal requests. Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and manage inventory for both Windows and Mac OS devices. Procurement Support: Help research IT suppliers and request quotations for new equipment. Documentation: Create and update technical protocols and reports so IT processes stay clear and repeatable.

    Required Qualifications

    Experience: 1-2 years in an IT support or helpdesk role in a fast-paced environment Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or actively enrolled in such a program Languages: Professional English, B2 or above (written and spoken). Technical Skills: Exposure to Office 365 administration, helpdesk tools (preferably Jira), and Mac OS and Windows troubleshooting.
