Lingo Staffing is hiring a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist for a leading company in Roanoke!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
Support devices including laptops, desktops, and printers
Assist with user account management and onboarding/offboarding
Document and track issues through a ticketing system
Requirements:
13 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams), and basic networking
Exposure to Active Directory is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills\
bility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
