We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and help maintain day-to-day technology operations.
What Youll Do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers.
- Serve as primary onsite IT contact for employee onboarding and high-priority support needs.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware purchases and replacements.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including MFA, password management, and endpoint security.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with audits.
- Document issues and route tickets to appropriate support teams.
Qualifications
- Experience providing hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and support processes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
